- Emauducation: The seller of digital Canva templates via emauducation.com
- Customer: The natural or legal person making a purchase
- Product: The digital Canva template(s) being offered

2. Applicability
These terms of service apply to all offers, orders, and agreements of Emauducation. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
3. Products and Prices
All prices on our website are:
- Listed in Euros (€)
- Including 21% VAT
- Subject to change
4. Order and Delivery
After successful payment, you will receive immediate access to your purchased templates via your account. The Canva links are made available immediately and you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
5. Use of Templates
When purchasing a template, you obtain a personal license to use the template. This means:
- You may use the template for personal and educational purposes
- You may customize the template to your preferences in Canva
- You may use the generated materials in your teaching
It is not permitted to:
- Resell or share the template with third parties
- Commercially distribute the template
- Offer the template as your own product
6. Right of Withdrawal
For digital products, an exception to the right of withdrawal applies. See our Refund Policy for more information about exceptional cases.
7. Intellectual Property
All templates, designs, and content remain the property of Emauducation. You only obtain a right of use as described in article 5.
8. Liability
Emauducation is not liable for damages arising from the use of the templates. Our liability is in all cases limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
9. Changes
We reserve the right to modify these terms of service. The most recent version is always available on our website.
